Sharing learning is a central part of the Art at Work programme. Activity reviews, resources, research findings and evidence of the impact on teaching and learning are presented here. The programme evaluators Culture Shift worked closely with the project team from the start, using a Theory of Change model to define and clarify the project goals and outcomes. Close attention was also paid to the links our project made with the Aldridge Academies’ use of six entrepreneurial attributes to underpin all teaching and learning.
